1 . Payment
If an order is placed and accepted, the contractual partner remains obliged to pay the agreed fee in full even if the order is cancelled due to circumstances of the customer. If the order is cancelled within 72 hours before the agreed start of the service, the fee is reduced to 30 %. If the order is cancelled within 48 hours before the agreed start of the service, the fee is reduced to 50%. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, 100% of the fee must be paid. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made within 14 days net to the FYLMAURA account stated on the invoice.
2. Storage of customer material
If film or other materials have been handed over to FYLMAURA, FYLMAURA is only obliged to store them until the order has been completed. There is no archival storage. FYLMAURA assumes no liability for the professional and safe storage of the material and hardware handed over. Acceptance and return take place within the usual business hours of FYLMAURA (as shown in Contact webpage) the customer must announce collection at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract can also be concluded verbally, by email or WhatsApp Business. The contract is considered legally binding at the latest when the material has been delivered to FYLMAURA and they begin the process of grading.
Acceptance must be confirmed in writing via email within 24 hours of delivery or it will be deemed to have been unsuccessful .
Each processed order may be used for self-promotion on any platform, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
